Featured Neighborhoods In Central Denver:

Highlands
Location:  
'Highland' is generally considered from I-25 (west of Downtown), North to 38th Avenue, West to Federal Blvd., and South to Speer.

'West Highland' spans from Federal on the East, 38th on the North, Sheridan to the West, and 29th Avenue to the South.


Information:

The Denver Highlands neighborhood is broken into two sub-areas, 'Highland' and 'West Highland' - together 'Highlands'.  Located just a few minutes from Downtown, this neighborhood is full of charm, local-businesses & some of the most popular restaurants, bars and shops in Central Denver!  A couple of neighborhood areas to check out:

Highlands Square (Located at 32nd and Lowell) - This is the heart of 'West Highland'.  Home to a multitude of shops, restaurants, salons, yoga, etc. both old and new!

32nd and Zuni - Another 'happening' part of this vibrant neighborhood - and a central business district of Highland.  Find both upscale and down-to-earth eats, coffee, pizza, fabulous new construction and several places to enjoy a cocktail within blocks of this intersection.  And, if you get a chance - drive around through the streets of historic 'Potter Highlands', found within the greater 'Highland' area for some great early century homes.

The Homes Of Highlands:
Homes in this area range from turn of the century to modern new construction.  Many of the homes are brick, and you will find plenty of Bungalows and Victorian styles along with some from the mid-century (mostly raised ranches) and some classic Denver Squares as well.  Mature, tree lined streets are the norm - and the area is brimming with action.  Developers have established a presence here, and have spiced things up with new live/work style condos, many new modern style homes including duplex and multi-plex options.

On a personal note... NW Denver is home, and this community continues to win me over.  I do a good portion of my business here, and feel lucky to be a part of this thriving community!

Ken-Caryl Valley

Ken-Caryl Valley is located just west of C-470 at Ken-Caryl in Littleton.


Information:

This HOA controlled neighborhood is known for its sense of community and for its amazing wildlife and mountain feel.  Nestled into the foothills south-west of Denver, Ken-Caryl Valley is true Colorado living! 

Community Amenities - Ken-Caryl Valley residents have access to great community amenities, including a Recreation Center, Equestrian Center, Fitness Center, Indoor & Outdoor Pool, and some of the best hiking/biking trails in the metro area!
